Volunteer. Donate. Take Action.
Each June, we connect the community and volunteers with the needs of our partner agencies for a day of service known as Day of Action. Volunteers donate items from agencies' wish lists or participate in various projects.
Here are just a few ways YOU can help:
- Select one (or more) of our partner agencies and ask your coworkers to donate items from that agency's wish list. Donations can range from basic office supplies to baby items to gift cards.
- Choose a project from the list of requests from our partner agencies and gather a team. Previous projects have included planting flower beds, painting offices, and organizing workspaces.
- No team? No problem. Join us at the Greater Longview United Way office that morning and get paired with a group. We can use all the help we can get!
