Week of Action: Uniting for Community Impact
Every year, the Greater Longview United Way orchestrates a pivotal week of service, the Week of Action, where the community and volunteers rally to meet the needs of our partner agencies. This special day is your opportunity to make a tangible difference. Whether donating essential items or getting involved in hands-on projects, your efforts count!
How You Can Contribute
- Donate Items: Choose one or more of our partner agencies and spearhead a donation drive at your workplace. You can help collect everything from office supplies and baby essentials to gift cards. Every little bit helps meet critical needs.
- Participate in a Project: Browse our list of current projects and mobilize a team. Our past initiatives have ranged from beautifying spaces with flower beds, and refreshing local agency offices with new paint, to organizing and streamlining workspaces.
- Solo Volunteers Welcome: No team? No worries! Join us directly at the Greater Longview United Way office on the day of the event. We’ll pair you with a group that fits your interests. Everyone’s contribution is invaluable!
