Loaned Executives

Loaned Executives work with assigned company accounts during  the United Way campaign. The Loaned Executive is responsible for personally contacting and securing corporate contributions and/or employee contributions for each of their assigned company accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend United Way Loaned Executive training sessions and related campaign events.
• Become familiar with the assigned company accounts, including their giving history, etc.
• Make personal contact with all of the assigned company accounts.
• Personally visit the CEO and the Employee Campaign Coordinator (if applicable) to secure their financial commitment and full support of GLUW. 
•  Assure that each initial company contact is followed up with a second contact (personal visit or call) to confirm commitment or provide additional assistance.
• Report progress and results of the company accounts to GLUW in a timely manner. Work with and assist the company with meetings, etc.
• Thank all of the company accounts personally for their help and contributions to the GLUW. Make sure award forms are submitted, if applicable.

Time Commitment

Two mini-sessions and one all day training session; optional campaign events; time devoted to solicit, follow up and report on your assigned accounts.
